Vehicle lettering, print and signage
Vehicle lettering is advertising that is on the road every day. We design vehicle wraps, flyers, trade fair stands and signage – all in your corporate design and with one dedicated contact.
The flyer comes from one print shop, the wrap from another supplier, the shirts from somewhere online. Every colour looks slightly different, and you handle deadlines and complaints yourself.
We take care of everything from design to handover. We choose material and partners, check the print files, approve the print run and stand behind the quality. You have one contact.

What you should know about vehicle lettering and signage
Partial lettering or full wrap
With partial lettering, your logo, services and contact details are applied to the paintwork as vinyl film, usually on the sides, rear and bonnet. This is the cheaper option and is enough for most company vehicles. With a full wrap, the entire vehicle is covered in printed or coloured film. It stands out more, but needs considerably more material and installation time. Both options share one advantage: the film protects the paint underneath. If high-quality film was applied professionally, it can usually be removed again when you sell the vehicle or return it at the end of a lease.
What makes good vehicle lettering
A vehicle is usually seen in passing, often for only two or three seconds. In that time it must be clear who you are, what you offer and how to reach you. We therefore recommend a few large elements: your logo, a short line describing your services and a clearly legible web address or phone number. Long lists of services and small type get lost in traffic. The shape of the vehicle matters too. Door handles, windows and swage lines, the pressed grooves in the bodywork, change how a design looks. That is why we design on a true-to-scale template of your vehicle model before any film is printed.
Film material and durability
Two types of film are mainly used on vehicles. Cast films are thin and stretchable. They conform to curves and edges without shrinking back later. Calendered films are cheaper but better suited to flat surfaces. For high-quality cast films, manufacturers often state a durability of five to seven years, depending on sun exposure, care and car washes. We use branded films and have them installed by wrapping specialists we have worked with for years. For care: do not wash fresh film in the first few days, and keep the pressure washer away from the edges.
Flyers, signs and shop windows in one consistent look
Many businesses order flyers, signs and shop window graphics from different suppliers. We design all advertising materials based on your brand guidelines and define colour values for each process: print colours for paper and specified spot colours for vinyl and signs. We supply print data as PDF/X, a standard format that print shops can process without queries. For shop window graphics, we also make sure they are legible from a distance and consider how much light still reaches the room. If you have a flyer designed by us, we can also handle printing with our regular partners on request.
Planning a trade fair stand without stress
A trade fair stand has to show what you offer within a few seconds while leaving room for conversations. We start with the stand area and the trade fair’s rules, such as permitted heights, fire safety requirements for materials and set-up times. Then we create the back wall, counter, roll-up banners and signage in the right format. For recurring trade fairs we recommend systems that can be set up again and again and refreshed with new prints. We coordinate production, delivery and set-up with our regular partners, so on the day of the fair you only need to arrive and talk to visitors.

Frequently asked questions about vehicle lettering, print and signage
Do you work with regular print partners?
Yes. We work with print shops, wrap specialists and embroiderers we have known personally for years. That keeps communication direct and quality reliable.
Can we buy just the design and print ourselves?
Yes. We deliver open and print-ready files. For quality, though, we recommend our tested print partners.
Do we get samples?
For larger orders yes, often free of charge. For small quantities we coordinate shipping of the original samples.
How fast is a vehicle wrap done?
From briefing to applied wrap usually 7 to 14 days, depending on the wrap shop’s workload. Rush orders are possible.
What does it cost to letter a company vehicle?
Partial lettering of a van, including design, film and installation, starts at €950 net plus VAT. The exact price depends on vehicle size, covered area and film. We quote full wraps on request, because material costs and installation time are considerably higher. After the free initial consultation, and once we have your vehicle details, you receive a fixed-price quote.
Can a vehicle wrap be removed again?
Usually yes. Premium branded films can be removed without residue within their service life, provided they were applied professionally and the paint underneath was in good condition. That matters especially for leased vehicles and when selling. After many years in the sun, removal takes more effort. On repainted or damaged areas there is a residual risk that paint comes off with the film. We point this out before installation.
What does it cost to have a flyer designed?
Designing flyers, business cards, brochures or posters starts at €390 net plus VAT, including two rounds of revisions and print-ready files. Printing costs are extra and depend on format, paper and print run. On request we handle printing with our regular print shops. After the free initial consultation you receive a fixed-price quote.
Do we need a permit for signage?
Often yes. Advertising signs on buildings that are visible from outside may require a permit, depending on size, location and federal state. This applies especially in town centres, on listed buildings or for illuminated signs. Local bylaws often add further rules. We clarify this with you before production and tell you when you need to apply to the building authority. For rented premises, the landlord must also agree.
Is this eligible for funding?
For projects in print and trade fairs, there are currently 13 matching funding programmes, 2 of them Germany-wide plus state programmes in 7 federal states. Whether it fits you depends on your federal state, company size and project – and almost always: apply first, order second.
