Frequently asked questions about advertising and digitalisation

What owners, managing directors and self-employed professionals ask us most often before a first project. Answered briefly and directly.

General

Who is Trendtreiber?

Trendtreiber is a digitalisation and advertising agency, founded in 2010 by Fabian Feindura. We make companies visible through strategy, brand design, websites, film, print and presentation coaching, and we make their processes faster through process automation, cloud and IT infrastructure, app development and web hosting. We offer both under one roof: we plan the website that brings in enquiries together with the system that processes them.

Who does Trendtreiber work for?

For small and mid-sized businesses: trades, manufacturers, retailers, law firms and consultants, medical practices and tourism businesses. We also work with people in politics, mainly on presentation coaching and campaigns. Some clients we support for years, others for a single project. You do not need any experience with digitalisation or advertising. We explain everything without jargon and start where your business is today.

Where does Trendtreiber work?

Across Germany. Workshops, process reviews, film shoots and photo sessions take place on site at your business, because processes and people are best understood where they work. Between appointments we coordinate by phone and video. You get personal support without anyone having to travel for every question. The print shops, vehicle wrap specialists and studios we work with are long-standing partners.

How does working together start?

With a free initial consultation by phone or video. You describe your project or the problem you want to solve, we ask questions and give you a first honest assessment. Afterwards you receive a written fixed-price quote with scope and schedule. We answer enquiries sent through the contact form within 48 hours. You are only committed once you accept the quote.

Will I have one point of contact?

Yes. You have one dedicated contact for everything, from your website and corporate film to automating your invoices. This person knows your company, keeps everyone involved on track and remains available after launch. You do not have to mediate between an agency, a developer, a print shop and an IT provider. That saves coordination and keeps advertising and technology working together instead of side by side.

Advertising

How long does a website, a logo or a corporate film take?

A landing page is usually ready in two to four weeks, a complete brand website in eight to 14 weeks. A logo, including drafts and two rounds of revisions, typically takes three to six weeks. A corporate film takes about four to eight weeks from idea to final cut, with one shoot day. You receive the exact schedule with our quote. It also depends on how quickly texts and approvals come in.

Can I book individual advertising services?

Yes. Every service can be booked on its own, for example just a logo, a photo shoot, vehicle lettering or a media training session. You do not have to buy a complete package. You get the most out of it, however, when the same team handles strategy and execution, because then your website, print materials and social media speak the same language. We clarify what makes sense for your goal in the initial consultation.

Who owns the logo, photos, films and texts?

You do. On payment you receive the usage rights in the agreed scope, and for photo shoots they are included in the price. You get your logo in all file formats and variants so you can use it anywhere. For third-party elements such as licensed music or typefaces, the provider’s terms apply. We clarify this in advance and put it in the quote, so there are no surprises later.

Can we update our website ourselves later?

Yes. Brand websites come with a content management system that lets your team change texts, images, events and job ads without any programming knowledge. You get a briefing at handover. If you would rather not deal with it, you can hand updates over to us. On request we also take care of hosting, security updates and backups with our managed web hosting, so the site stays fast and secure.

Digitalisation

How does a digitalisation project work?

After the free initial consultation, we spend one to three days alongside your people and look at where time is really lost. The result is a written roadmap with recommendations, effort and expected savings. You keep it, even if you do not continue with us. Only then do we build, test with your team, train and hand over. After that we look after the solution in day-to-day operation.

How long does a digitalisation project take?

Small automations run after one to two weeks. Medium projects, such as reading and booking incoming invoices automatically, take four to eight weeks. Larger changes that connect several programs take eight to 16 weeks. You receive a realistic schedule for your case after the process review. We switch over step by step, so your business keeps working normally in the meantime.

How do you use AI, and what happens to our data?

We use AI where it saves work: reading documents, pre-sorting emails or summarising files. We only use business versions of services such as Claude or Gemini with a data processing agreement. Your data is not used for training there. For particularly sensitive content we use models that run entirely in the EU. Important decisions are always checked by a person.

Are we tied to Trendtreiber afterwards?

No. We build everything so that your team understands what happens and can change small things itself. Training and written instructions are included. If the collaboration ends, we close all access, delete temporary data and hand over your data in a common format. Everything we developed for you belongs to you. During the project, only the people who really need your data work with it.

Costs, funding and data protection

Do you work at fixed prices?

Yes. After the free initial consultation you receive a fixed-price quote with a clear scope and schedule. All prices are net plus VAT. Ongoing services such as IT support or social media management are billed as a fixed monthly fee. If more is needed later than agreed, we talk about it first. Additional hours in digitalisation cost €140 net. That way you know what each step costs before it starts.

What does advertising with Trendtreiber cost?

That depends on the scope. Our guide prices, net plus VAT: a logo from €1,900, a photo shoot from €890, a corporate film from €4,900, a landing page from €4,000 and a complete brand website usually €12,000 to €35,000. Ongoing social media management starts at €1,200 per month. After the initial consultation you receive a fixed-price quote for your project.

What does digitalisation with Trendtreiber cost?

A first project is a one-off cost of €2,000 to €20,000 net, depending on scope. A simple invoice automation is around €2,000 to €4,000, connecting inventory management software to three or four programs €8,000 to €15,000. For operation, maintenance and IT support there are three monthly packages: €500, €1,200 or €2,000 net. Details are on our “Digitalisation pricing” page.

Is there public funding for digitalisation?

Often, yes. The federal government and the German states support digitalisation with low-interest loans, grants and free initial advice. Which programme fits depends on your state, company size and project, and many programmes are temporarily exhausted. A current overview is on our “Digitalisation pricing” page under Funding. Important: you usually have to apply before awarding a contract. We provide the quote and project description for it.

Is it GDPR-compliant, and where is our data stored?

Yes. We run websites, automations and cloud storage on servers in Germany. For every project we sign a data processing agreement and only use services that confirm in writing that they will not use your data for their own purposes. Backups are kept in two separate locations, and there is an contingency plan. We use company accounts, never private ones, and close all access when a project ends.
