Public money is available for digitalisation in Germany: as grants, low-interest loans or free, independent initial advice. Which programme fits depends on your state, company size and project. Many programmes are temporarily exhausted or allocate places by lottery. We therefore cannot promise you funding, but we can give you an honest assessment.

To the programmeAlmost all programmes require you to apply before you award a contract. So talk to us before the project starts. We clarify which programme could apply and provide the quote and project description for your application. You submit the application yourself, and the funding body alone decides.
Automations, apps and servers keep running after launch and need looking after. The monthly fee covers monitoring, backups with regular restore tests, updates, maintenance of all connections between your programs and help by phone. You pay a fixed amount between €500 and €2,000 net per month and know in advance where you stand.
A first automation project is a one-off cost of €2,000 to €20,000 net, depending on scope. A simple invoice automation is around €2,000 to €4,000, connecting inventory management software to three or four programs €8,000 to €15,000. In the initial consultation you get a clear estimate for your case, followed by a fixed-price quote.
Then you book additional hours flexibly. The hourly rate is €140 net, and we agree in advance what the time is used for. If extra demand becomes the rule, we move to a larger package together. That way you never pay for services you do not need.
The packages run for twelve months and can then be cancelled monthly. The term gives both sides certainty for planning, because automations and servers need looking after once they are live. If a project has to end earlier for good reason, we find a fair solution. What happens to your data and access at the end is agreed in writing from the start.
In the first 30 days you can cancel without giving reasons. After that we solve problems directly in the regular meeting with your dedicated contact. We would rather hear criticism early than late: if something is not working as agreed, tell us, and together we set a date by which it will be fixed.
Then you get an individual quote, even for a single project without monthly support. We reply within 48 hours.
