Privacy policy
In short: this website sets no cookies, loads no third-party services and does not count visitors. What we do process is described here.
This is a translation for your convenience. The German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is legally binding.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. Please send any questions about data protection to the address above.
2. The key points
- No cookies, no analytics or advertising services, no third-party embeds.
- Fonts and icons are hosted on our own server. Visiting the site creates no connection to Google or other providers.
- Enquiries from the form reach us by email via servers in Germany. The chat assistant works only in your browser.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL under Art. 28 GDPR.
With every visit the server briefly stores: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, the previous page and browser information. We need this to run the site securely and reliably and to detect attacks. The server stores IP addresses only in shortened form, without the last block of digits, so they can no longer be traced to a connection. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
4. Your choice of theme
If you switch between light and dark mode at the top of the page, your browser remembers the choice in local storage (entry “tt-thema”). This information does not leave your device. It is strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). If you choose “system setting”, the entry is deleted.
Chat assistant: Our assistant (button at the bottom right) answers questions automatically based on the content of this website. It runs entirely in your browser; your input is not transmitted to us or third parties. So that the conversation survives page changes, your browser keeps it in session storage (entries “tt-ki-…”), which is deleted when you close the tab (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Only when you choose “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via form” does your message reach us, as described in sections 5 and 7.
5. Enquiry form
When you write to us via the form, we process your request, your name and your email address, optionally your salutation, title, company and phone number, and the page you wrote from. The data is transmitted encrypted to our server and sent from there by email to our mailbox info@trendtreiber.de so that we can reply and handle your enquiry. To protect against mass spam, the server stores an irreversibly encrypted identifier of your IP address for at most one hour (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Server and mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany (see section 3).
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If the enquiry leads to an order, we keep business records for as long as commercial and tax law require.
The “I am human” check. To stop programs from sending enquiries in bulk, your browser solves a small calculation. To do so, it loads a task from our customer system. No cookies are set and no third-party services are used. Your IP address is held only in memory to slow down too many enquiries from one connection and is discarded after 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (protection against abuse).
6. Contact by email or phone
If you email or call us, we process your details to answer your request. Legal basis and deletion as for the enquiry form.
Our mailbox is also hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. We have a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL under Art. 28 GDPR.
7. WhatsApp
Our contact page and the chat assistant contain links to WhatsApp. WhatsApp only opens when you click one of them; a message prepared in the chat is only sent when you send it yourself in WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, a Meta group company. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For confidential matters we recommend email or phone. If you write to us via WhatsApp, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by sending the message.
8. Links to other websites
We link, for example, to funding banks or photo sources. As long as you do not click, no data flows to these providers. After you click, the provider’s own privacy policy applies.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.
10. Other
We do not make automated decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You are not obliged to provide data, but without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry.
